  Building and leading a design team

  I build the team and the working process — not just within design, but across the boundary with other departments. Separately: training and upskilling within the team, not one-off hiring.

  Connecting brand, product, and other departments

  Designers often work blind, closing tickets without context. I hold the helicopter view — where the brand is heading, what the business needs from the product, what users need — and direct the team with that understanding.

• 

  Brand assets and guidelines built to scale

  I build assets and guideline books usable not just by the internal team but by external agencies — without losing quality and without my involvement in every file.

• 

  Deep fintech experience across two markets

  5 years in Azerbaijan (almost 4 at PASHA Bank, another year at Bir Ecosystem) and 2 years in the UK (Guavapay). At each company, I owned the product's visual side, marketing, and design team leadership — not a single function.

• 

  Hiring, allocation, quality control

  Headcount alone does not produce quality. I hire, distribute work by strength, and hold a review loop so the output stays at one level regardless of who did it.

  Bringing AI into the design process

  Currently at Bir Ecosystem — hands-on research and rollout of AI tools into the workflow: cutting time spent on routine work, automating repeatable tasks instead of building everything by hand.

  2D/3D illustration

  Years of work in 2D and 3D illustration. The goal is always the same — say more with fewer elements. Visual communication as the foundation, not decoration.
